Regional Council on Coordinated Transportation
The Regional Council for Coordinated Transportation (RCCT) oversees the implementation and further promotion of the Coordinated Transportation Plan in the Tulsa Transportation Management Area (TMA). The RCCT is composed of representatives from human service organizations, local governments, public and private transit providers, and non-profit and government organizations that provide services and advocacy for low income individuals, persons with disabilities, and elderly individuals.

Accessible Transportation Coalition of Tulsa
The Accessible Transportation Coalition (ATC) was formed in 2012 with the support of Easter Seals Project Action. The coalition meets on the 2nd Friday of the month, 3pm at INCOG. For more information conctact the Chair, Jennifer Haddaway at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Tulsa area will be fully accessible to all citizens through a sustainably funded and interconnected, state of the art transportation network. The public will embrace the value of transportation options, and accessible paths of travel will be a hallmark of the community.
The mission of the BPAC is to promote Engineering, Education, Encouragement, Enforcement and Evaluation & Planning (5-E’s) concepts pertaining specifically to bicycling and pedestrian modes, and to provide input into the planning processes at the MPO.
